Refund Policy

Agulhas, LLC offers TankerTime.ai on a business-to-business subscription basis. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial subscription periods and for periods during which an account is unused.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting sales@agulhasllc.com or through the cancellation controls provided within TankerTime.ai. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew. No prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the current period.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact sales@agulhasllc.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

Agulhas, LLC reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
